Erin is fantastic! She made sure to cover all bases to help me get exactly what I needed! The Inspector was extremely kind and funny and he ensured that all parties (buyer, and seller) were comfortable! Not to mention they had the best prices in town!! The 1 Stop Home Inspection LLC is AWESOME! Buying my first home, I was nervous about the process of inspection. I had a 14 day close on our new home and called 1Stop Home requesting a STAT inspection. This is actually the second (and thankfully last) time I was in the midst of a 14 day close and requested a stat inspection. On both occasions, Erin assisted us and was able to get an inspector out immediately. After the fact, I also had to request a stat wind mitigation and a Citizens Form. She had the documents in my hand so quickly, even my relator was impressed. Being that the process was a little overwhelming, I had many follow up questions and concerns about the property. Erin was so knowledgeable, detail oriented, and reliable. I am so thankful I found 1Stop Home Inspection to assist us when we needed it most!

I was very pleased and found the inspector to be detailed and efficient and through he did not cut corners . Erin is so easy to work with and told me I would have my report the next day in the am and it was there. I will and have already recommended to my coworkers.
